Corruption, as a negative social phenomenon, is a serious problem of modern Kazakhstan society, the strengthening of the fight against which the Head of State pays special attention to and draws attention to this in the “Plan of the Nation”, where one of the “100 concrete steps” of the implementation of institutional reforms outlines the urgency of  prevention issues and prevention of corruption offenses.

Higher educational institutions of the Republic of Kazakhstan, concerned about the danger of problems and threats posed by corruption to the state and society, undermining democratic institutions, ethical values ​​and justice, are showing increasing activity in the field of combating corruption, aimed at curbing its growth in society.
